Our acting classes are fantastic for pupils with an interest in drama, an intended career in drama or pupils wanting to gain confidence purely through drama; they are great preparation for secondary school drama classes, GCSE Drama and A Level Drama, drama school and university.  

Our classes combine curriculum led and industry led training to bring a well rounded and diverse experience; we explore a range of practitioners and styles using a practical approach, from exploring and understanding Shakespeare to contemporary theatre such as Willy Russell, Bertolt Brecht, Dennis Kelly and Phoebe Waller-Bridge. Classes also cover screen acting and stage combat. This allows pupils to explore multiple genres, discover the areas they wish to pursue and develop their craft, no matter what age.

We perform both original and published work, working towards a production each year within the class; a plethora of other performance, creating and casting opportunities are available and regular opportunities to collaborate with our film branch to the possibilities are endless. 

• We offer an extension to this class with one-to-one monologue and drama school preparation classes.
• A dedicated script writing class is also a planned extension for this class.
