BeeMumFit Free Social Walk and Talk is a free walk and talk for mums, expectant mums, dads, grandparents and careers.  It is ideal for buggies/prams, slings, little trikes and also little legs.

Takes place every first Friday of the month (unless it’s a bank holiday so in June it’s the week after) and you need to book a free slot on the website so they're aware of numbers and who they are waiting for. 

They meet at 10:45am at Uphill Wharf Café and they walk for about 30 minutes and turn around and return (another 30 minutes) to the café where it is optional if anyone wants to come in for a drink or even lunch by that point which many do.

It’s a great place to be around other mothers/fathers who are going through the same sleepless nights, teething and tantrums.
