We're bringing together AF&RS’ firefighters and expert Children and Young People team, local organisations and representatives from national charities.

Event access is free and throughout the day, children and their families will be able to learn more about aspects of their wellbeing and take part in exciting activities.

There will be a range of healthy refreshments to try, opportunities for physical exercise and an exciting appearance from FiDo the fire dog.

What is on offer: An opportunity to meet with services in the local area and find out about what they do and how they can help, meet the fire service and explore the station ground. We are inviting you to take part in FIDO’s fire fit challenge and complete all the physical activities whilst remembering the important fire safety messages. There is also the opportunity that if you take part in 6 activities on various stalls at the event you will be able to take away a water bottle and other goodies!
