Rugged up hill walk in across the western edge of AONB Mendip. A number of different routes you can take, we would recommend parking at Kings Wood in Winscombe and walking uphill through woodland and onto Wavering Down.  You will pass the trig point on your left which is the highest point of the walk at 211 metres above sea level. 

Not recommended for pushchairs or anyone who struggles to walk unaided.
